Phosani's Nightmare
The solo, cranked-up Nightmare with a fat gp/hr

Strategy
- 1
It's a DPS race
Phosani's rewards clean, fast kills and punishes slow ones. Prioritise a strong crush weapon and prayer bonus so you clear phases before the specials stack up.
- 2
Manage the spores and prayer drain
Spores slow your attacks, and phase three can switch your prayers off. Keep restores handy and re-flick immediately rather than tanking hits.
Key mechanics
What can kill you at Phosani's Nightmare, and what to do about it. For the full breakdown, see the OSRS Wiki link below.
Sleepwalkers
Husks shamble toward the totems/altar; let them reach it and you take a big hit. Kill or intercept them before they connect.
Parasites
Parasites burst from you for heavy damage if not cleared. Attack them off quickly, especially when they stack with other specials.
Prayer deactivation (phase 3)
The fight can flick your overhead prayers off. Watch your prayer orb and re-enable protection instantly.
Desperation phase
Below the final threshold she spawns endless Grasping Claws and sleepwalkers. This is a burn check: have the DPS to finish before it overwhelms you.
Slowing spores
Spores add two ticks to your attack speed (doubled for magic). Move out of them rather than fighting at half rate.

These figures are an independent-roll estimate: they treat every kill as a separate roll at the listed rate ( 1 − (1 − p)KC). Real drops can involve guaranteed rolls, point/invocation scaling or completion rewards, so the true odds may differ. A probability is never a guarantee — even far above 90%, the drop is never owed to you. Drops without a fixed 1/Nrate show “—”.
