Strategy

1. 1

   Get a hellhound task

   You can only fight Cerberus on a hellhound or Cerberus Slayer task — get one from a high-level master, then head to her lair (91 Slayer).

2. 2

   Flick prayers, pack brews

   Almost all of her damage is avoidable with prayer flicking, so you can bring mostly Saradomin brews and only a few restores for long, cheap trips.

• Summoned Souls

  Around 400 HP she summons three ghosts, each attacking a different style — pray the overhead matching whichever ghost is about to hit, or take ~30 and lose prayer.

• Lava pools

  She spits fire pools under you — step off the lava or it stacks up heavy chip damage.

• Triple attack

  She periodically rapid-fires all three styles at once — this burst catches people off guard, so keep your HP topped up.
