Strategy

1. 1

   Bring the right consumables

   The whole fight chips you with venom, so anti-venom+ is not optional. Pack Prayer potions, Saradomin brews or blood-fury sustain, and a crush weapon since Araxxor is weakest to crush.

2. 2

   Respect the enrage

   At 25% HP Araxxor enrages: it speeds up, hits harder and its melee cleaves a 1x3 area. If you're low, this is where people die, so pot up before you push it into phase two.

• Eggs

  Every six attacks an egg spawns and hatches an araxyte. The egg colour (red/white/green) sets which special is coming, so clear or reposition around them instead of tanking the hatch.

• Acid pools

  Acid drops beneath you, sprays randomly, and fires a line across the arena, all leaving venom pools. Keep moving to clean tiles rather than standing in the spread.

• Enrage (25% HP)

  Below 25% HP Araxxor gains Defence, attacks a tick faster, and its melee becomes a 1x3 cleave. Bank prayer and food before the transition and finish the kill cleanly.

• Constant venom

  You take venom damage throughout the fight regardless of prayer. Anti-venom+ and steady eating keep long trips alive.
