1. 1

   Range the forms, mage the melee form

   Use ranged for its ranged and magic forms (pray to match its attack), and swap to magic only for its final melee-walking form.

2. 2

   Drain the prayer shield

   During its prayer-shield phase, a Zaryte crossbow with enchanted sapphire bolts drains the shield fastest so you can resume damage.

3. 3

   Melee sap phase

   In its final form it walks toward you draining stats — keep distance, mage it, and finish it before it reaches you.

• Ranged & magic forms

  It swaps between ranged and magic attacks with a telegraph — pray the matching overhead; Protect from Missiles and Magic are near-mandatory.

• Prayer-shield phase

  It raises a shield that blocks damage until drained — enchanted sapphire bolts from a Zaryte crossbow strip it fastest.

• Spike wall

  In its ranged form it summons a wall of spikes that pushes toward you — sidestep so it doesn't trap and chip you.
