   As with all smoke devils, a face mask, Slayer helmet or Slayer's staff (e) is required to damage it — you'll deal no damage without one.

   Just tank it

   Its attack pierces prayer but maxes at 8, so bring magic-defence gear and a little food and out-DPS it. Occult drops are common enough to fund the whole trip.
