A group skilling boss beneath Prifddinas that you defeat with Mining, Smithing and Runecraft instead of combat. It's a relaxed, safe way to earn Mining and Smithing XP alongside ore, bars and a shot at the Crystal tool seed for the crystal pickaxe and axe, plus the Smolcano pet.

How it works
Mine tephra from the walls, refine and imbue it at the furnace, then hurl it to strip Zalcano's stone shield. Once the shield breaks, mine her directly for damage. Dodge falling rocks, symbols and golems between phases. Contribution decides your reward roll.

Tips & common mistakes
- Bring a strong pickaxe — most of your damage comes from mining, so tool tier matters a lot.
- Learn the symbol mechanic: stand on blue to boost damage, avoid orange.
- Contribution drives your loot, so keep working the whole kill rather than idling between phases.
