Nightmare Zone
Re-fight quest bosses for points and AFK XP
Nightmare Zone lets you re-fight bosses from quests you've completed inside a 'dream', earning points and steady, low-effort combat experience. It's the go-to spot for AFK training and for spending points on account-wide upgrades.

Why do Nightmare Zone?
- Some of the most AFK combat XP in the game once your setup is dialled in.
- Points buy imbues that permanently upgrade rings and the Slayer helmet.
- Herb boxes bought with points are a reliable, near-passive source of profit.
How it works
Talk to Dominic Onion to set up a dream from the quest bosses you've unlocked, then fight waves of them for points. With the right absorption/overload or flinch setup you can train with very little clicking, banking points to spend at the reward shop.
Rewards that matter
Imbues (rings, Slayer helmet)
Open guidePermanent upgrades to Berserker/archer/warrior rings and the Slayer helm — used across all of PvM.
Herb boxes
Open guideA capped daily purchase of grimy herbs, usually well above their point cost.
Tips & common mistakes
- Complete more boss quests first — a bigger dream roster means better XP and reward options.
- Overload + absorption ('rumble') setups are for XP; flinching a single boss is the low-click alternative.
- Spend points steadily: imbues and herb boxes lose value if you let points cap out.
Who should do this?
Mid-game and later accounts that want passive combat XP and the ring/Slayer-helm imbues.
